The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, welcomes the official opening of the new infrastructure at Saint-Hyacinthe’s Boisé-des-Douze nature reserve. The project involved improving the walking trails, which are now accessible year round, for the greater enjoyment of local and visiting hikers.
Assistance was granted for the work in the form of a $22,268 non-repayable financial contribution through Canada Economic Development’s Community Infrastructure Improvement Fund (CIIF).
