Ottawa, May 13, 2014 — Citizenship and Immigration Canada sent out a draft statement in error during the evening of May 8, 2014, regarding a notice of a complaint before the Disciplinary Committee of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) concerning Mr. Martin Francis Negendra (Sam) Selliah (Mr. Selliah).
The complaint against Mr. Selliah has been resolved without any finding of wrongdoing or fault.
When Citizenship and Immigration Canada realized the error, we immediately removed the statement from our web site. Citizenship and Immigration Canada regrets the error and apologizes unreservedly to Mr. Selliah.
