Government of Canada confirms funding for the 2014 and 2015 editions of the festival

The Government of Canada is providing financial support to the Alianait Entertainment Group for the 2014 and 2015 editions of the Alianait Arts Festival and Concert Series.
The Honourable Leona Aglukkaq, Minister of the Environment, Minister for the Arctic Council, and Minister of the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency, today announced funding of $170,000 ($85,000 in 2014–2015 and $85,000 in 2015–2016). She made this announcement on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages
