Member of Parliament James Bezan announces support for Manitoba’s Oak Point Music Festival

The Government of Canada is providing $15,100 to the Oak Point Community Club for the 2014 edition of its annual music festival. Funding is provided through the Building Communities through Arts and Heritage program, which provides Canadians with more opportunities to take part in activities that present local arts and culture and celebrate local history and heritage.
This was announced today by James Bezan, Member of Parliament (Selkirk–Interlake), on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages.
