The Honourable Gail Shea, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, today extended sincere congratulations to two Canadian Coast Guard members who have received St. John Ambulance national Certificates of Commendation. The Honourable Frank Fagan CM, ONL, MBA, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador, made the presentations to Chief Officer Brock Thimot and Cook/Seaman Paul Ivany during the St. John Ambulance’s Provincial Investiture and Life-Saving Awards Ceremony.
