Government of Canada supports the restoration of the Town Hall’s upper room

The Government of Canada has provided $182,700 through the Building Communities Through Arts and Heritage program to support the renovation of the Hensall Town Hall.
Ben Lobb, Member of Parliament (Huron–Bruce), announced the funding today on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages.
With this support, the Municipality of Bluewater will commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Town Hall’s construction in 1914 by restoring its upper room so it can be used by the community.
