July 10, 2014 – Saint-Elzéar, Quebec – Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)
The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, announces that solidarity co-op, CONTACT, and its joint venture, CONTACT HABITAT, which specializes in wood processing, have been granted financial assistance to help ensure their growth.
This assistance, totalling $389,000, has been awarded in the form of two repayable contributions, one of $239,000 to solidarity co-op CONTACT and the other of $150,000 to CONTACT HABITAT, through Canada Economic Development’s Quebec Economic Development Program.
