July 22, 2014 – Montebello, Quebec – Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions
The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, welcomes the launch of the official programming for this year’s Foire Gourmande Outaouais ‒ Est ontarien, which takes place August 22nd to 24th in Montebello, Quebec, and Lefaivre, Ontario. This annual gastronomy fair is a joint initiative of the Table agroalimentaire de l'Outaouais (TAO) and the Eastern Ontario Agri-Food Network.
Assistance was granted to the TAO in January 2014 in the form of $104,062 in non-repayable funding through Canada Economic Development’s Quebec Economic Development Program.
