Government of Canada supports the Festival Promutuel de la relève de Thetford Mines

The Honourable Christian Paradis, Minister of International Development, Minister for La Francophonie and Member of Parliament (Mégantic–L’Érable), today announced $10,900 in funding for the 21st Festival Promutuel de la relève de Thetford Mines, taking place from August 14 to 16, 2014. He made this announcement on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages.
This funding, provided through the Local Festivals component of the Building Communities through Arts and Heritage program, will be used to present all kinds of musical acts featuring a variety of emerging artists.
