August 20, 2014 – The Honourable Christian Paradis, Minister of International Development and La Francophonie, will deliver remarks at the opening of the Economic Summit of the 5th Congrès mondial acadien.
On this occasion, Minister Paradis will reiterate Canada’s commitment to promote an economically dynamic Francophonie in anticipation of the forthcoming Summit of La Francophonie to be held in Dakar, Senegal, in November 2014.
