Winnipeg, Manitoba, August 27, 2014—The Honourable Ed Holder, Minister of State (Science and Technology), will celebrate a significant investment in scientific research at the University of Winnipeg. The Minister of State will be accompanied by Lawrence Toet, Member of Parliament for Elmwood–Transcona.
