Time-Limited Operational Funding (TLOF) is one component of the Victims Fund, a grants and contributions program administered by the Department of Justice Canada under the Federal Victims Strategy. TLOF grants help non-government victim-serving organizations maintain services by covering operating expenses such as staff payroll, office space rental and limited capital expenditures.
The following organizations successfully applied for the limited amount of TLOF grants that were available for the 2014-16 fiscal years:
- Action Coalition on Human Trafficking Alberta Association
- Avalon Sexual Assault Centre Society
- British Columbia Bereavement Helpline
- Canadian Parents of Murdered Children and Survivors of Homicide Victims
- Canadian Resource Centre for Victims of Crime
- Metropolitan Action Committee on Violence Against Women and Children (METRAC)
- The Gatehouse Child Abuse Investigation and Support Site
- Victim Justice Network
- Victims of Violence Canadian Centre for Missing Children
