The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) advises travellers that on September 15, the number of lanes at the Prescott port of entry will be reduced from four to two lanes between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. due to construction work. This work could possibly extend to September 16.
The port of entry will remain open at all times; however, travellers may experience delays or increased wait times.
Travellers should take this information into consideration when planning their border crossing and are advised to check border wait times on @CBSA_PCT or visit the CBSA Web site at www.cbsa.gc.ca/waittimes.
The CBSA is working to have the construction work completed as quickly as possible to minimize delays and apologizes for any inconvenience.
