September 25, 2014 – Winnipeg, Manitoba – Canadian Grain Commission
Did you know you can get a free unofficial grain grade this harvest? You still have time to register for the Canadian Grain Commission’s Harvest Sample Program for 2014. In fact, because of this year’s late harvest, you may sign up until October 31, 2014. If you are already registered, please send us your sample as soon as you can.
The Harvest Sample Program is voluntary and free to participate in. Participating producers get important information about their grain through the program. As well, the Canadian Grain Commission publishes quality data based on analysis of harvest samples. This data is used to promote the sale of Canadian grain.
