Acting on behalf of the Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, the Honourable&nChristian Paradis, Member of Parliament for Mégantic—L’Érable and Minister of International Development and La Francophonie, today announced that Canatal Industries Inc. has been granted financial assistance to improve its productivity and conduct commercialization activities in the United States.
This assistance has been awarded in the form of a $453,500 repayable financial contribution through the Canadian Initiative for the Economic Diversification of Communities Reliant on Chrysotile.
