The National Battlefields Commission (NBC) is pleased to host the fifth edition of the Grand Prix Cycliste de Québec on the Plains of Abraham on Friday, September 12. The 150 athletes, their support teams, the media, and fans from around the world will enjoy this exceptional and highly popular Quebec City site at the heart of the international competition—an official UCI World Tour event.
Highlights
- Like the park’s 4 million visitors each year, people from the world of elite cycling will make Quebec City their destination, with a route that includes Canada’s first national historic park: Battlefields Park.
- The NBC invites families and athletes on the Plains of Abraham to travel back in history with a visit to the all-new and free-of-charge TRACES: Listening to Remnants exhibition and Odyssey multimedia exhibition ($) at the Discovery Pavilion (835 Wilfrid-Laurier Avenue).
