October 16, 2014 - The Honourable Christian Paradis, Minister of International Development and La Francophonie, and Anthony Lake, Executive Director of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), will make an announcement regarding the provision of assistance to the children of Iraq.
The announcement will follow a meeting among Minister Paradis, Mr. Lake and heads of non-governmental organizations to discuss child education in emergencies.
