OTTAWA - Bank of Canada Governor Stephen S. Poloz and Senior Deputy Governor Carolyn Wilkins will not appear on Thursday before the Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce, as previously scheduled. The meeting has been cancelled due to this morning’s incidents in downtown Ottawa. We will provide more details as they become available.
