Awards honour outstanding students and teachers of Canadian history
October 17, 2014 – Winnipeg – Department of Canadian Heritage
The Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, today announced the recipients of the 2014 Government of Canada History Awards with students of St. Mary’s Academy. Minister Glover also announced the two national student winners and launched the 2015 edition of the awards. The next deadline for teacher and student submissions is April 17, 2015.
