FERMEUSE, Newfoundland and Labrador -- Senator Fabian Manning, on behalf of the Honourable Gail Shea, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, will share details about investments by the Government of Canada in small craft harbours in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Senator Manning will also present a Small Craft Harbours Prix d’Excellence Award to Mr. Mike Hawkins, president of the Harbour Authority of Cape Broyle in recognition of his volunteer works and service to his community.
