November 30, 2014 - Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird will deliver remarks at a special ceremony on December 1, 2014, hosted by the High Commission of Canada in the United Kingdom. The event will focus on the Preventing Sexual Violence Initiative, a campaign to prevent the use of sexual violence in armed conflicts.
Baird will also present a special award to William Hague, former foreign secretary of the United Kingdom and current member of Parliament.
Baird will be available to representatives of the media following the award presentation.
