Local IT company will commercialize its original software solution with help from new sales and marketing expertise

Xiplinx Technologies Ltd., a local Saint John company, will commercialize its software solution called SITEFLO, and hire new expertise to help with sales and marketing, thanks to more than $700,000 in contributions from the Government of Canada and the Province of New Brunswick.
Rodney Weston, Member of Parliament for Saint John, on behalf of the Honourable Rob Moore, Regional Minister for New Brunswick and Minister of State (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency), and the Honourable Rick Doucet, Minister of Economic Development, Province of New Brunswick, joined Xiplinx Technologies officials to make the announcement today.
The Government of Canada, through ACOA, is supporting two projects that include the hiring of a sales development manager, as well as marketing expertise to undertake activities such as the production of marketing materials, tradeshow attendance and demonstration units. The Province of New Brunswick will also support the hiring of a sales development manager, as well as the creation of 20 incremental jobs focused on customer service support.
Financing contributions include $500,000 from the Province of New Brunswick and $214,250 from the Government of Canada, through ACOA’s Business Development Program.

• Xiplinx Technologies Ltd. is an ICT company. The company has developed a solution that provides management and operators in the consumer-packaged goods sector with an ability to identify and monitor continuous improvement and process efficiency projects. The solution is customizable for different industries with different tracking needs.
• Xiplinx’s innovative product is called “Siteflo” which tracks and reports on required human intervention in work processes that could lead to improvement opportunities, and identifies opportunities for value creation.
