Today, the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Public Works and Government Services and Regional Minister for Southwestern Ontario, addressed the Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber of Commerce. The Minister reiterated the Harper Government’s commitment to what matters to Canadians—jobs and economic growth—and highlighted the government’s Build in Canada Innovation Program (BCIP). The BCIP helps cutting-edge Canadian businesses get their innovations from the lab to the marketplace. Successful innovations translate into jobs, and jobs lead to prosperity for hard-working Canadians and their families.
