Northbound traffic coming from Ironworkers Memorial Bridge: Take Exit 23A – Main Street. Take the loop ramp and access the second gate.
Highway 1 Southbound traffic: Take Exit 23A - Main Street, driving past Phibbs Transit Exchange, take left onto Main Street at signal, take a left at signal onto Seymour Boulevard, and an immediate left onto the Emergency Vehicle Only roadway, left onto the loop ramp (now heading westbound) and access the second gate.
Eastbound traffic along Main Street: Take a left at signal onto Seymour Boulevard, and an immediate left onto the Emergency Vehicle Only roadway, left onto the loop ramp (now heading westbound) and access the second gate.
Westbound traffic along Dollarton Highway: Proceed to Main Street, take right turn at Seymour Boulevard signal and an immediate left onto the Emergency Vehicle Only roadway, left onto the loop ramp (now heading westbound) and access the second gate.
