Dr. James Lunney, Member of Parliament for Nanaimo—Alberni, on behalf of the Honourable Lisa Raitt, Minister of Transport, will be joined by Mr. Jim Abram, Regional District Board Chair and Electoral Area Director for Discovery Islands-Mainland Inlets, to announce the details of a transfer agreement with the Strathcona Regional District.
