November 26, 2014 - The Honourable Ed Fast, Minister of International Trade, will meet on Thursday, November 27, 2014, with his Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME) Advisory Board and will hold a media availability to comment on the first anniversary of Canada’s Global Markets Action Plan.
Minister Fast will be joined by Jim Reynolds, Chair of the SME Advisory Board Chair, and the leaders of Canada’s export agencies: Benoit Daignault, President and CEO of Export Development Canada, Martin Zablocki, President and CEO of the Canadian Commercial Corporation, and Jean-René Halde, President and CEO of the Business Development Bank of Canada.
Canada’s Global Markets Action Plan was released by Minister Fast in Ottawa on November 27, 2013.
A photo opportunity with SME Advisory Board members will take place at 12:45 p.m., before the beginning of the remarks and media availability.
