TORONTO – Craftsman Kyle Sinclair grew up in Whitby, Ont. He graduated from Fleming College in 2009 with a diploma in Building Techniques.
From the time he was 16, he was learning all aspects of the contracting trade and enjoyed the creativity of this profession. His perfectionist and meticulous nature was a sure sign that the military would be his calling; and on December 6, 2012, he enrolled in the Army as a Vehicle Technician where he was an extremely proud serving member.
When he wasn’t working on vehicles or some form of renovation, he was spending quality time with family and friends. He was delighted to be chosen by his best friend Marc Fournier to be the godfather to both Shianne and Carter. The bond they shared was incredibly special.
He is survived by his father, Guy Sinclair, his mother, Anna Loveman, his step mum Kirsty Sinclair, his step father John Loveman, and his siblings, Evan, Roslin and Graeme. He will also be missed by his nephew, Jaxon Sinclair.
There will be a celebration of life ceremony at Garrison Petawawa on Wednesday, November 26, 2014, with his military brothers and sisters, and his closest family and friends.
A memorial will be held at the Mount Lawn Funeral Home in Whitby, Ont., on Saturday, November 29, 2014. Visitation will start at 1 p.m. and the service will begin at 2 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
