Ottawa, December 12, 2014—Royal Galipeau, Member of Parliament for Ottawa–Orléans, on behalf of the Honourable Ed Holder, Minister of State (Science and Technology), will announce a significant investment in a research network through the Networks of Centres of Excellence program.
After the announcement, MP Galipeau will tour the Bell lab facility at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. Media are invited to join the tour.
This announcement follows the recent launch of the Government of Canada's updated science, technology and innovation strategy, Seizing Canada's Moment.
