OTTAWA – Colonel Vihar Joshi, Deputy Judge Advocate General, Administrative Law, has received one of the highest designations within the legal profession—that of federal Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.), as officially announced by the Department of Justice on December 11, 2014.
  Col. Joshi is one of seven federal government lawyers who has demonstrated exemplary legal services to the Crown and to the Canadian justice system.
