Acting on behalf of the Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, Jacques Gourde, Member of Parliament for Lotbinière–Chutes-de-la-Chaudière and Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister, for Official Languages and for the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, today announced that two companies and one organization from Témiscouata have been granted financial assistance for startup activities, productivity enhancement and infrastructure improvement.
This support, awarded through CED’s Quebec Economic Development Program (QEDP) and Local Investment Initiative (LII), a component of the QEDP, is being provided in the form of three contributions, two repayable and one non-repayable, totalling $658,988.
