January 21, 2015 – Chambord, Quebec – Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)
The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, today announced funding for five projects being undertaken by municipalities and an organization in the Domaine-du-Roy Regional County Municipality (RCM). These projects all involve the renovation and modernization of local community halls.
The financial assistance, granted in the form of five non-repayable contributions totalling $145,023, has been awarded through the Local Investment Initiative (LII) component of CED’s Quebec Economic Development Program.
