On February 22, 2015, Ronald Lauzon, an inmate at Bath Institution, died at the Regional Hospital in Bath.
At the time of his death, Mr. Lauzon, 67 years old, had been serving an indeterminate sentence since May 8, 1980, for Second Degree Murder and Sexual Assault.
The inmate’s next of kin have been notified of his death.
As in all cases involving the death of an inmate, the police and the coroner have been notified, and the Correctional Service of Canada will review the circumstances of the incident.
