The Honourable Greg Rickford, Canada's Minister of Natural Resources and Minister for the Federal Economic Development Initiative for Northern Ontario (FedNor), announced today an investment to help the City of Kenora pursue economic development opportunities and diversify the local economy.
A FedNor investment of $360,000 will enable the municipality to extend sewer and water services to a new business development area on the east and west sides of Cameron Bay. The project will pave the way for private sector investment.
