Government of Canada supports the Centre d’art actuel Bang in Chicoutimi
February 19, 2015 – Saguenay, Quebec – Department of Canadian Heritage
The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, today announced $45,000 in funding for the Centre d’art actuel Bang in Chicoutimi. He made this announcement on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages.
This funding, provided through the Canada Cultural Spaces Fund, will be used to repair outdoor facades and upgrade the shipping and receiving area.
