KINGSTON, ONTARIO — The Royal Military College of Canada is honoured to invite members of the media to attend their Flag Day Parade. The parade will commemorate the 50th anniversary of our country’s most recognizable symbol, the national flag of Canada.
During the parade, the Royal Military College of Canada flag will fly from the MacKenzie building clock tower and the original red ensign will fly on the jack staff at the dais. It will be ceremonially lowered and replaced with the Canadian flag as we know it today, and which was forged in large part at the RMCC.
When: Friday, February 13, 2015 at 11:30 a.m.
Where: RMCC Parade Square, Highway 2, Kingston.
What: Ceremonial Parade to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the National Flag of Canada.
