On March 11, 2015 during the 11:30 a.m. count in the minimum security unit at Collins Bay Institution, staff members discovered that Ronald McDonald was not accounted for.
At approximately 12:30 p.m. on March 11, 2015, McDonald was apprehended by CSC correctional officers. CSC is conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
