“Most of us have been to Gimli in the summer, and now it’s time to experience Gimli in the winter! Manitobans really know how to make the best of every season—I invite everyone to join me at this unique festival and come discover the spirit of this community.”
—James Bezan, Member of Parliament (Selkirk–Interlake)
“The Gimli Ice Festival continues to grow each year due to the strong partnerships it has created with community organizations, clubs, and businesses, and to the important funding provided by the Government of Canada. This year’s festival will also be facilitated by over 100 volunteers, whose support we are very thankful for.”
