“The website redesign goes well beyond compliance with government web standards; it was our mission to enhance the user experience. We know from our own experience and from user testing that the ways in which Canadians are accessing information online has evolved with the use of smart phones, mobile devices and other technology. It was time to deliver an accessible website that keeps pace with the changing needs of our users,” Steve Horvath, President and Chief Executive Officer, Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS).
