The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has granted Bagotville Airport a designation that now allows, on an ongoing basis, the landing of flights of 30 passengers or less (including crew) from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 16:30.
Outside these hours, a cost recovery will be required.
The CBSA regularly reviews the designation of the airport facilities from coast to coast and determined that the region would be better served by a designation AOE/30.
Community expectations are high and the confirmation of a new designation AOE/30 is a viable solution for the CBSA to meet demand.
