GATINEAU, Quebec, April 10, 2015 – Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) wishes to advise the public of periodic sidewalk closures on the Chaudière Crossing from Monday, April 13, to Friday, May 8, 2015, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day. These closures will affect the west sidewalk (adjacent to Ottawa-bound traffic). The east sidewalk will remain open at all times.
The west sidewalk will be closed. Pedestrians and cyclists will be re-routed to the east sidewalk.
These closures are necessary to conduct general maintenance on the bridge.
The schedule may change due to weather conditions.
