HOUSTON — The Honourable Greg Rickford, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, will participate in a panel discussion with U.S. Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz and Secretary of Energy of Mexico Pedro Joaquin Coldwell, at CERAWeek 2015. Minister Rickford and his counterparts will discuss their continental cooperation and North America’s role as a secure, reliable and responsible energy producer. The panel will be moderated by Daniel Yergin, Chairman of Cambridge Energy Research Associates.
