“As we approach the 150th anniversary of Confederation, I invite all Canadians to come out and take part in this event that celebrates our pride, our values and our accomplishments. By supporting events like this, our Government is honouring its commitment to strengthen our communities and to increase public awareness about our history and heritage.”
