Ottawa, Friday, May 22, 2015 – The Honourable Tony Clement, President of the Treasury Board, will speak at the Canadian Open Data Summit and present the Canadian Open Data Award, a prize given for outstanding contribution to the Canadian open data community.
The Canadian Open Data Summit is part of a week-long suite of open-data themed events, culminating in the main International Open Data Conference, which will be hosted in Canada for the first time on May 28 and 29.
