Agriculture Minister Gerry Ritz announced today the reappointment of Doris Priddle to Farm Credit Canada’s (FCC) Board of Directors. Ms. Priddle’s appointment is for a 4-year term effective November 26, 2015. Biographical notes are attached.

Ms. Doris Priddle has an extensive background in agriculture. Throughout her career, she has owned and managed various farm operations in Ontario and Alberta. Currently, she is the owner and manager of Priddle Farms Inc. in Campbellville, Ontario. Ms. Priddle has also held various positions within the Ontario and Alberta governments, including the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the Alberta Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Solicitor General of Alberta, and the Alberta Ministry of Economic Trade and Development. Ms. Priddle is a graduate of the Master of Business Administration program from the University of Guelph, where she was a recipient of the Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers Award.
