Member of Parliament Maurice Vellacott announces funding for the Optimist Club of Saskatoon

The Government of Canada is providing funding of $22,000 through the Celebrate Canada Program to the Optimist Club of Saskatoon for its Canada Day celebrations on July 1, 2015.
Maurice Vellacott, Member of Parliament (Saskatoon–Wanuskewin), made the announcement today on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages.
