Parliamentary Secretary Mark Strahl announces funding for the Chilliwack Fair
May 5, 2015 – Chilliwack, British Columbia – Department of Canadian Heritage
The Government of Canada has provided the Chilliwack and District Agricultural Society with $15,800 in funding through the Building Communities Through Arts and Heritage program in support of the 143rd edition of the Chilliwack Fair.
Mark Strahl, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development and Member of Parliament (Chilliwack—Fraser Canyon), made this announcement today on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages.
