Government of Canada provides funding in support of the Imperial Theatre

Rodney Weston, Member of Parliament (Saint John), on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, today announced that the Imperial Theatre is benefiting from a boost of $43,180 to its fundraising efforts through the Imperial Theatre Foundation.
The Government of Canada is providing funds to the Imperial Theatre Foundation to manage and invest on behalf of the Imperial Theatre through the Endowment Incentives component of the Canada Cultural Investment Fund, which encourages Canadians to donate to professional arts organizations.
