June 6, 2015 - Packington, Quebec - Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)
The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, welcomes the inauguration of the new recreational facilities of the Municipality of Packington. The project consisted in expanding and improving an existing community infrastructure to enrich the quality of life in the Municipality.
Assistance was granted for this project in the form of a non-repayable financial contribution of $290,000 through CED’s Community Infrastructure Improvement Fund.
