The Canada-EU trade agreement will benefit businesses and workers on both sides of the Atlantic

The Honourable Julian Fantino, Associate Minister of National Defence, on behalf of the Honourable Ed Fast, Minister of International Trade, today kicked off a trade mission to Milan, Italy, where he will promote world-class Canadian products and help attract investment to Canada.
At Expo Milano 2015 and the International Association of Public Transport (UITP) World Congress, the Minister will also highlight benefits of the historic Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement to both Canadian and Italian businesses.
While in Italy, Mr. Fantino will participate in a business luncheon with leading Italian business representatives. He will also visit a number of Italian firms that have expressed an interest in doing business and investing in Canada.
