On July 19, 2015, Luc-Armand Paquet, an inmate at the Federal Training Centre died at a hospital in Laval.
At the time of his death, Mr. Paquet, 82 years old, had been serving a sentence of 5 years, since May 26, 2014, for Sexual Intercourse with Minor Females, Acts of Gross Indecency and Indecent Assault.
The inmate’s next of kin have been notified of his death.
As in all cases involving the death of an inmate, the police and the coroner have been notified, and the Correctional Service of Canada will review the circumstances of the incident.
